*EXCLUSIVE VERSION FOR MOBILE PHONES*

THE BLOG @ n8itude.com/blog

My entire life I have been obsessed with Hip Hop culture. Well it started in 1982 .... I was 7, so almost my whole life. I am a Hip Hop Stan. I am a Hip Hop historian. I AM HIP HOP.

For as long as I can remember I have either been writing rhymes in notebooks and recording them. I have been posing and making "album covers" and even videos for these songs. I DJ'd a bit, I danced a bit, I Graff'd a bit, but nothing feels more Hip Hop to me than rhyming.

Hip Hop is something you LIVE. Rap is something you DO.

Myspace is/was the spot to hear me spit. This is the only place where I will have my own rhymes, including the video above for Ring The Bell.

PODCLASH BABY! From Rapper 2 DJ

I've been making mixtapes ... actual cassette tapes since I was 12 years old. From my Genesis turntables and ScratchMaster mixer to my laptop and audio software I've always been dicing, slicing and splicing up beats from megamixes and remixes to online radio podcasts. My audio projects have never felt like typical, vanilla mixes. So a new title befitting it's brashness was needed and PODCLASH was born. Check out my classic Podclashes and mixtapes/megamixes on Podomatic. Mixcloud is the source for any of my new eargasms.

Fave Shows I've been to:

  • Jay-Z & Kanye West - Watch The Throne
  • Jay-Z & Mary J. Blige - Heart of the City
  • Nas - Every time x 5
  • Nas & Lauryn Hill - Rock The Bells 2011
  • Rock The Bells 2007 & 2008
  • Rakim - Live @ Harbourfront
  • Public Enemy - 20th Anniversary
  • Asher Roth - 2009
  • Snoop Dogg @ Skydome
  • Eminem & Limp Bizkit - Anger Mgmt. Tour
  • MC Hammer @ Maple Leaf Gardens
  • Vanilla Ice @ Maple Leaf Gardens
  • Salt n Pepa @ Kingswood

It is ridiculously obvious that I like pro-wrestling. From 5 minutes talking to me in real life or 5 seconds looking at anything n8itude you will see that wrestling nuances permeate every topic.

The WWE actually played a role in my online maturity and even in my career. I had interned at WWE in the emerging digital arm of it's Canadian office.

My early HTML pages after that internship consisted of at least 6 wrestling related sites among the many that are now archived in Da Vault.

My 1st wrestling site was dedicated to the one and only Chris jericho. From there I templated and knocked out fan sites of Maven and Shane McMahon.

Other sites include the WWE/nWo era and WCW Champions Roll Call

From Mark to Smark and back again!

When the original n8itude launched, wrestling became such a dominating topic that I had to create an entire site dedicated it. That legendary site was CorkscrewPlancha.

Although my love for wrestling started in the 1980's, the late 90's (college time) was where wrestling had reached it's zenith and where I really lost my mind in regards to my fandom. Fortunately I magically found a bunch of crazy fools just like me who took being a fan to a whole other level. We became our own faction. An off-shoot of the most popular group of our generation; we represented the Toronto chapter of the nWo. ECW or EC-Dub was also the hidden gem for us smart marks (smarks).

Audio Historian - Bio MegaMixes

Megamixes pump me up, wrestling themed mixes make me go hyper. My niche are the "career spotlights" where I've pretty much made an "audio-biography" of the wrestler up until the day that mix was made. The first one I made was to promote WM22 Game vs Cena.

Live events I've been to:

  • WWE - WrestleMania 6, 17 & 20
  • WWE - SummerSlam
  • WWE - Raw (plenty)
  • WWE - Smackdown (a few)
  • WWE - Saturday Night's Main Event
  • WWE - Unforgiven
  • WWE - Breakdown
  • WCW - Mayhem
  • WCW - Nitro
  • TNA - No Surrender
  • ROH - Death Before Dishonor VII: Night One
  • XPW - Go Funk Yourself

Baseball has long been my most favored sport of choice. I was one of a billion kids who dreamed of and may have actually had a shot at a career in baseball.

Baseball came up as a topic so frequently in my blog posts that years ago, I joined MLB's own blog service:

My MLB Blog - 90 Feet Till Infinity

Take me out to (every single) ball game!

My father and I have had a common goal to see as many parks, museums and pretty much anything associated with baseball. Although we are Caribbean Canadians, America's' past time is officially our game to this day. We have been to many parks over the years (see right) and have had a common goal to see as many parks with each other as possible.

Baseball Super Fan Shirts

Baseball Super Fan Shirts is my own digital guilty pleasure. I have always found the unique fan shirts sold around the local stadium to be the best souvenirs I could find that best represnt the atmosphere at the time. Every one of my shirts in my collection make me laugh and recall fond memories of each visit. Laughter is the key.

Every super fan shirt is hilarious, whether it be positive or negative. I decided that just making a post on the n8itude Tumblr wasn't enough. This is the exact type of niche Tumblr fawns over. The overwhelming reblogs & likes I've gotten so far can attest to that.

Ball Park Checklist

  • Toronto - Exhibition Stadium & SkyDome
  • NY - (Old) Yankee Stadium & Shea Stadium
  • Montreal - Olympic Stadium
  • Chicago - Wrigley Field & US Cellular Park
  • Baltimore - Camden Yards
  • Pittsburgh - PNC Park
  • Cincinatti - Great American BallPark
  • Houston - Astrodome
  • Milwaukee - Miller Lite Park
  • Boston - Fenway Park
  • LA - Dodger Stadium & Edison Field
  • San Diego - QualComm Stadium
  • Cleveland - Jacob's Field
  • Dunedin - Dunedin Park

Back in 2003, I had a successful blog among all the hundreds of other blogs that spawned innerwebs. I had begun to explore "Nuke" sites and community related sites and realized I had so much built up content in my head that it could not be contained simply in a personal blog.

The site was going well enough that I started a forum, which became huge. The forum started to become the focus of the site and my writers all either went back to their own projects or stopped writing altogether. They all stayed in the forums, because it was an awesome community.

When blog systems started to become popular I revamped the site once again into a blog powered site. However, the content remained pop culture. The basics: Hip Hop, Wrestling and Baseball are still the core to this day.

Initially I was going to return and share writing duties with my buddy Boyoh. I even created that cool ass design dual-blog design (above). I just didn't have the time to finish it, so n8itude lay dormant.

Which leads us to this version of n8itude. Somewhat inspired by Jay-Z's Life+Times site, but with my usual n8itude over the top madness.

All of the pics in this bubble are banners or cam pics from the Golden Era of n8itude. Yes, a blog vet since 2003!

Welcome ♦ Greetings ♦ Wud Up ♦ Wha Gwaan

This is n8itude This is where Pop G33k Culture lives.

Hip Hop ♦ Wrestling ♦ Baseball ♦ Comic Books ♦ Art

This page is merely the landing page for n8itude on the web. The Hub for all things n8itude.

This is the spot to find every "offishall" site or social media profile with that good old bloody lucha logo on it. It's not the BLOG. It's not the Tumblr. It's not the Twitter. It's where you find them all.

It's much more than a landing page. It serves as a huge "About n8(itude)" and why the core topics are and have always been about the three main things I am known for— Hip Hop, Wrestling & Baseball. Although n8itude has always been a fanboy utopia for Comic Books, Art, Tech/Gadgets/Web Culture and generally anything pop culture that post-1995 baby girls and pre-1965 fuddy duddy's would not give a damn about.

It's also my big ass Art Gallery. Yes I made every image in the gallery. Whether I drew it, photographed it, digitized/PhotoChopped or any combination of those. I made it and I planted my QR code on it. Subjects will most likely be a pot pourri of "celebs" and my peeps.Every update will have a theme. Current Theme: Digitized Pop Art

n8itude is EVERYWHERE!

Welcome back, this is the mobile landing page for the multiverse known as n8itude. The look and feel might be different than the desktop but that good old n8itude content that you've come to expect is still intact. n8itude.com desktop & mobile are both updated every 4 months. Yes a quarterly update. Visit n8itude.com/blog for relatively daily updates and for the good old n8 commentary and interwebz stuff.

You may have noticed I changed up some of the content available this period. Gone is Twitter & Tumblr features as well as the full gallery. I added a gallery spotlight pic, custom card spotlight wrestling pic feature and a top 5 posts from the blog feature. These are all depending on your mobile screen orientation and whether or not you have a small or smart phone (or tablet).

Da Blog: Fab 5ive

My favorite n8itude.com/blog 5 posts of the last 4 months!

  1. Get Injected With n8itude – 11 Year Anniversary!
Massive Post about the 11 year history of my beloved fave dot com.
  2. Meet the man that caused Rob Ford to NUT CRACK on a fire hydrant
Rob Ford. Rob Ford. Rob Ford. This post is not about him. It's about my friend who made Rob Ford crash into a fire hydrant and effectively gave himself 15 seconds of fame, in which he stretched that out as much as he could.
  3. Yes it’s True The Ultimate Warrior has passed away
The Ultimate Warrior suddenly passed away after his induction into WWE's HOF which prompted a ton of tributes and reflection in the wrestling community and chiefly amongst my wrestling nerd friends.
  4. The WrestleManiac 8 Wrap-Up the Wrestlemania XXX Weekend
WrestleMania 30 came and went, but more importantly I made a big ass write up about 7 of my wrestling obsessed friends and their reactions about the event and the industry as a whole.
  5. Rolly Polly is greatest Soca video of all-time
Mr. Killa made the funniest soca song I have heard in a long-time but his video to said ode to the big gyals of wining was nothing compared to the video. This is nonstop entertainment and I even have a kart-wheel on a bumsey .gif to prove it.

Desktop Gallery Pic O' Da Month

This month's spotlight pic from the full gallery that's available in Desktop mode.

May-Aug 2014 Theme—Been There, Film Grained That.
The gallery features photos I personally shot from some of my travels in this big world, with a touch of film-grain filtering for all.
May 2014—Army protection throughout the old city of Cartegna, Columbia

INSTAGRAM GOLD STAR

To be worthy of a Gold Star it's gotta be a showstopper ... or at least a click pauser.

Mrs. n8itude's own instagram @myshellter is a burgeoning foodie and foodigram specialist who takes amazing pics and specicalizes in gluten-free food that she usually makes herself. I'm not sure what is more fantastic her food or her foodie pics. "Oh #sushi how I've missed you. Hope you were worth the wait...breaking my long sushi silence so it better be! #foodporn #foodstagram #instafood #glutenfree #mynightoff #japanese #sushi #takeout"

Baseball SuperFan Shirts: Hall of Fame

EXCLUSIVE ALERT: SMART PHONES

Is this a blatant plug to my off-shoot Tumblr of the same name or is it a blatant attempt to add some kind of baseball here? Yes. This is where I'll induct my favorite Baseball related SuperFan T-shirts into n8itude immortality.

It is where I showcase the best of the classic, creative and usually hilarious non-sanctioned baseball fan T-shirts. The kinds you usually find outside the stadium 2 legal blocks away.

I love BJ's! This shirt is a staple at Blue Jays home games and can be seen all over Front St in various designs. Never saw anyone actually wear one until now!

Custom Cards

I have ALWAYS loved collectible cards from sports to entertainment to *magic*. Even when I collected these cards I have always thought I could do do better. Since those early primary school thoughts I have strived to do just that.

Sports Stars was the brand I built for all my custom cards when I was 16. I always relied on my detail for design and my eye for art and illustration.

Michael Jordan - Sports Stars 1991 #13
This was the first fully illustrated front & back card set that I have ever done and this card featured an NBA legend Jordan and a baseball minor leaguer in White Sox / Birmingham Barons hopeful Jordan.

n8itude Magazine Throwback (2004)

EXCLUSIVE ALERT: SMART PHONES

n8itude is celebrating it's 11th year anniversary in 2014. For the very 1st annual celebration I created a mock cover of my version of a "lads mag". Maxim, FHM and the like were all the rage back then, and the "e/n scene" in it's infancy had relied on this type of content.

For the next year, each update n8itude will add to the decade in the making throwback gallery. From 2014 to a 2004 n8itude classic - n8itude Magazine.

Swipe left (back) or right (fwd) to navigate through the covers.

COMIC PANEL SPOTLIGHT

EXCLUSIVE ALERT: SMALL PHONES

Featuring standout panels that I have come across recently.

Superior Spider-man #30
This might be my favorite sequence in the entire Superior Spider-man series and it's not even in the finale. No words, just silent panels bursting with a myriad of emotions and storytelling. Doc Ock is finally no more, as well as the black & red suited Superior Spidey...once again the good old friendly neighborhood AMAZING Spider-man is back in BLUE & red. Awesome.

Classic Wrestling

EXCLUSIVE ALERT: SMALL PHONES

It is ridiculously obvious that I like pro-wrestling. From 5 minutes talking to me in real life or 5 seconds looking at anything n8itude you will see that wrestling nuances permeate every topic.

From snap shots, to program & magazine covers, toys, ads and whatever I can find to spotlight my favorite zany amusement of all-time.

Maple Leaf Wrestling 7/11/77
A magazine featuring Andre The Giant in Toronto. The mag is actually a collection of stories and events from Jack Tunney's wrestling promotion in the Toronto territory.

What device could this possibly work on?
